Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards
  • •Support a safe work environment using strong stockroom standards and processes

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store and stand/move for an entire shift
  • •Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and ladder safety
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
