Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning (or related) plus six years of experience in urban design projects (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Three years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Professional Engineer License, PLA, or AICP certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • •Experience managing client relationships, project budgets, and project schedules.
  • •Experience delivering urban design, streetscape, and transportation-related public realm projects (municipal streetscape/downtown revitalization preferred).
