Job Summary

Proactively lead and manage service delivery for assigned platforms, ensuring prioritisation meets customer needs. Manage the Integrated Platform Team (IPT) and coordinate with project execution teams on integration and transition of acquisition and discrete projects. Serve as the first point of contact for the Logistics Authority, provide customer reporting and performance updates, and lead escalation, onsite risk management, and WHS matters in a matrixed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage service delivery for assigned platform(s) to meet changing customer needs and prioritisation.
•Provide customer liaison, including onsite meetings, and act as the first point of contact for the Logistics Authority.
•Lead the Integrated Platform Team (IPT), including escalation of issues and onsite risk management across projects, maintenance, training, and support.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a matrixed organisation to ensure compliant delivery of contract outcomes and deliverables, including customer reporting and communications.
•Work with the KAM to develop and maintain the Annual Work Plan and deliver recurring services and projects with communication and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with front-line or operational leadership.
•Defence experience (preferably aviation).
•Bachelor of Engineering or Electronic/Avionic Trades.
•Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1), and must be an Australian Citizen.
•Ability to work 4/5 days a week at RAAF Base Amberley.
