Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop efficient maintenance schedules by reviewing work tickets, project timelines, and capital authorizations.
  • •Manage parts inventory to meet production demands and create/communicate work orders for maintenance and preventive schedules.
  • •Review completed work orders for discrepancies versus plan and formally close work orders after review.
  • •Implement and improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs using the Emaint database, including data collection on equipment breakdowns.
  • •Coordinate outside contractors when needed, monitor progress on difficult/extended problems, and support weekly resource/vacation and overtime planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Associates or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong mechanical knowledge including millwright trade, pipefitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, sheet metal, and machinist skills.
  • •Strong working knowledge of electricity (AC and DC), electronics, power distribution, and circuitry protection.
  • •Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of SAP systems; prior experience as a maintenance mechanic or electrician.
