Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage masterplan, plot level, package level, and transactional land valuation exercises across the portfolio.
  • •Provide valuation analysis and market intelligence to support asset value optimization and investment decision making.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external valuation consultants, auditors, financial advisors, and regulatory authorities to deliver valuation assignments.
  • •Ensure compliance with valuation standards (including RICS, IVS, and Taqeem) and internal governance frameworks.
  • •Review and challenge valuation assumptions, methodologies, market evidence, and conclusions to produce credible and auditable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Surveying, or related discipline.
  • •Professional valuation qualification/certification is preferred (e.g., RICS, Taqeem, or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in land and real estate valuation, including master planned developments, mixed-use projects, and complex portfolios.
  • •Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, market analysis, financial modeling, and applicable valuation standards and regulations.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with excellent communication and report-writing abilities (English).
