Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and facilitate home finance applications for the entire onboarding journey of the customer.
  • •Ensure individual targets are met month on month and identify new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • •Attend to all after-sales queries until the customer has availed full disbursement of funds for construction.
  • •Service customer requests throughout the journey of securing home finance and provide required support.
  • •Close customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to TAT and bank procedures.
