Key Responsibilities

•Formulate branding strategies and plans to build the brand equity of Hang Seng Insurance and act as a brand guardian to develop, deploy, and enforce branding guidelines
•Develop brand plans including year-round marketing and communication programs, strategic development and branding budget deployment
•Provide support services for effective and efficient management of overall marketing communications channels and external social media channels
•Enhance brand leadership by leveraging key Marketing initiatives to build a strong brand that fully supports and enriches the brand essence
•Engage and influence stakeholders across the Bank to seamlessly deliver brand plans and execute against the above initiatives
•Leverage customer research, analytics, and competitor monitoring to identify customer needs, category trends, and opportunities to differentiate the insurance proposition.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
•Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within insurance or financial services
•Proven ability in the implementation of branding projects, building and growing a brand, delivering results aligned with long term strategic business goals
•Strong self-motivation, communication, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under pressure
•Strong data analytical skills, creative, results-driven approach, and innovation mindset
