Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business analysis across initiatives such as new capabilities, platform enhancements, operational improvements, and data/reporting solutions.
  • •Plan and execute discovery, clarify objectives, identify stakeholders, and define success measures for complex initiatives with evolving or incomplete information.
  • •Translate business needs into documented artifacts (business requirements, process flows, context diagrams, stakeholder maps, and user stories) to enable efficient delivery.
  • •Validate and lead requirements acceptance to ensure delivered solutions meet intended business outcomes.
  • •Function as a trusted business proxy over time, communicating impacts clearly and aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Business Analysis.
  • •Experience with SQL and Power BI (or other data visualization tools).
  • •Experience gathering requirements or supporting configuration for Salesforce implementations.
  • •Proven experience delivering in agile/iterative environments with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
