Lead AI-native platform and product delivery for a real estate AI growth platform. Key Responsibilities

•Drive large-scale technical initiatives across cross-functional teams from concept through production, aligning architecture decisions with business goals.
•Ship AI-native product experiences by delivering features leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-time data.
•Own system design for critical platform capabilities, including AI-powered site builder pipeline and multi-tenant infrastructure.
•Define engineering standards, review practices, and developer tooling, including how AI agents integrate into the development workflow.
•Mentor and elevate engineers across the org to raise the technical bar and influence career growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time in senior or staff-level roles.
•Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
•Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
•Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS), and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
•Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production in a SaaS environment, with strong software design and multi-tenant architecture experience.
