  • •Establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Program to ensure work complies with contract document requirements.
  • •Manage on-site, full-time Quality Staff and provide training for Quality Staff, management teams, and field personnel.

  • •Develop and implement inspection and testing plans, schedule special inspections, and perform and record required inspections and tests.
