Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the pre-lease team to absorb and package signed deals and complete handover checks against client requirements.
  • •Co-lead project launch meetings onsite with the client project lead and track resulting actions to completion.
  • •Coordinate schedule and cost reviews as design detail matures, integrate findings into the site baseline, and pursue resulting actions with the developer.
  • •Drive inherited open items to documented closure within the launch window.
  • •Maintain action logs and produce consistent milestone reporting inputs; hand sites to onsite delivery at mobilization.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; a degree is not required.
  • •Experience in data center delivery, preconstruction, or development (mission critical/complex facilities also considered if transferable).
  • •Working knowledge of data center construction documentation required by the incoming delivery team at mobilization.
  • •Experience with project handover, preconstruction coordination, change control, and open item tracking.
  • •Ability to interpret schedule and cost reviews from specialists and pursue resulting issues with a developer.
