Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and coordinate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates, reconcile changes, and ensure contractor data accuracy.
  • •Lead quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management, including managing cost variances, change of control processes, and cost auditing/validation.
  • •Coordinate cost information sources for cost discussions and suppliers, and provide commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering sessions.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports for clients and support final account agreement; mentor and identify talent and maintain internal delivery methodologies/tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction technical matters (e.g., procurement routes, value management, and value engineering) and excellent communication skills.
