Nido Assistant Guide

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) by helping prepare and maintain a calm, engaging environment. Observe children to understand individual needs, support individualized and small-group learning activities, and build warm relationships with children and families. Collaborate with Lead Guides and your team to strengthen classroom community and help children develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
