Job Summary

Support and grow a stormwater infrastructure product portfolio, serving as a field-based technical expert and specification leader for Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and precast stormwater solutions. Influence engineering and public-sector specifications through value-based presentations, technical analysis of drawings and project plans, and close collaboration with engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products in partnership with sales leaders.
•Develop and execute account strategies to influence asset owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs to specify Oldcastle Infrastructure solutions.
•Review, develop, and manage customer, municipal, and agency specifications; track specification status across the territory.
•Serve as a field technical expert, including presenting technically sound, value-based solutions and interpreting engineering and shop drawings.
•Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage project pipelines and activities; support training and internal enablement efforts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
•5–7+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infrastructure engineering.
•Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe, precast stormwater systems, or related civil infrastructure products.
•Strong understanding of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment applications.
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems; valid Driver’s License required.
