Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 9-week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification for Retail Personal Banker II responsibilities.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities while partnering with business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for referrals and holistic solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
