Job Summary

Lead preventive maintenance and equipment reliability efforts for semiconductor manufacturing operations. You’ll evaluate, select, and procure manufacturing equipment; oversee installation, upgrades, and maintenance; monitor supplier technical updates; and analyze equipment performance to improve uptime. Define and document preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate escalations and vendor support, and provide technical support to equipment repair and process engineering teams.

•Evaluate, select, and order equipment that is cost-effective and appropriate for manufacturing company products.
•Oversee installation, modification, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
•Study equipment performance and reliability to identify issues affecting the manufacturing process.
•Establish and document preventive maintenance schedules and programs to increase uptime.
•Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment repair and coordinate escalations and vendor support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field.
•5+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
•5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing; 2+ years in equipment maintenance leadership or a supervisor role, managing technicians and equipment support teams.
•Maintenance skills including PM planning/execution, corrective maintenance troubleshooting, breakdown analysis, spare parts planning/inventory control, equipment calibration/qualification, and uptime improvement.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with analytical and critical-thinking/problem-solving abilities to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
