Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary business-facing process owner for O2C and TM, partnering with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end design and governance for O2C and TM processes, including defining KPIs, mapping current/future-state processes, and running process review forums.
  • •Provide hands-on functional expertise in SAP SD and SAP pricing, including configuring pricing procedures, condition types, and pricing logic to support accurate customer pricing.
  • •Own SAP TM capabilities (freight planning, carrier selection, freight costing, shipment execution) and ensure accurate integration across TM, O2C, and SD.
  • •Lead team delivery and integrations: mentor SAP O2C and TM functional resources, oversee SAP-to-POS/Salesforce/eCommerce integrations, troubleshoot integration issues, and manage vendor/partner relationships for related projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
  • •Strong hands-on functional expertise in SAP Order to Cash (O2C) and SAP Transportation Management (TM), including order management, pricing, billing, accounts receivable, and freight/hauler payments.
  • •Solid hands-on experience configuring SAP pricing procedures, condition techniques, and pricing determination logic.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating SAP with Point of Sale (POS) systems, Salesforce, and eCommerce platforms, plus working knowledge of customer payment portals integrated with SAP.
