Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through insurance strategies and policy reviews.
  • •Manage the Group’s global insurance programmes (liability, property & business interruption, cyber, D&O, transport) including the captive with insurers, group companies, and brokers.
  • •Optimize insurance management processes including value collection, claims handling, and insurance cost allocation.
  • •Review and negotiate insurance policies, manage the insurance renewal process, and align coverage with organizational needs.
  • •Support and develop Enterprise Risk Management and the Internal Control System, providing insurance and risk management advice to Group companies and collaborating with global stakeholders and external insurers/brokers.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or administration.
  • •5-7 years of proven insurance management experience, including managing global insurance programmes, negotiating policies, handling claims, and allocating insurance costs.
  • •Experience managing insurance programmes in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of insurance, including captives and alternative risk transfer.
  • •Knowledge of Swiss insurance regulations and business-fluent German and English (spoken and written).
