Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with cross-functional partners to define research questions and select appropriate methods and tools.
  • •Conduct end-to-end research across the product lifecycle using approaches such as prototype testing, lab studies, interviews, observational studies, surveys, and diary studies.
  • •Create memos and reports that communicate insights, surface timely signals, and drive actionable recommendations.
  • •Own and evolve the design research enablement program, including training and tools management, to help non-researchers make confident decisions.
  • •Leverage innovative and AI-enabled methodologies to streamline repeatable workflows and manage external research agencies and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in consumer product research or consumer insights for ecommerce or subscription products (or related).
  • •Expertise designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g., interviews, prototype tests, card sorts, diary studies, surveys, correlation analyses).
  • •Experience applying research methodologies for benchmarking and iterative testing, with a strong understanding of when to use different methods.
  • •Ability to enable and advise others on research best practices and to use data and insights to influence business decisions and product direction.
  • •Strong analytical skills connecting research findings to underlying questions and combining consumer research insights with behavioral data insights.
