Job Summary

Lead the Ads Signals & Targeting engineering org to evolve core signals and targeting platforms powering Netflix Ads. Own high-throughput, low-latency services that enrich ad requests in real time, and shape how first-party and partner signals drive targeting, optimization, and measurement. Partner closely with ML teams to build interest and lookalike models, deliver advertiser brand safety, and build strong execution through hiring and developing a high-performing team.

•Create and grow a high-performing team by hiring, retaining, and developing talent while driving focus and execution excellence.

•Proven experience leading teams building and operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for ads targeting or similarly demanding domains.

•Experience designing and managing signals registration, governance, and curation frameworks.
•3+ years of management experience and 10+ years total experience, delivering complex platform initiatives with a product mindset and cross-functional stakeholders.
