Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise dispatch to ensure timely handover of meals to couriers while resolving live issues between kitchens and partners.
  • •Conduct daily HACCP and food safety checks to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
  • •Be the first point of contact for customer complaints, using internal processes to ensure a successful customer journey.
  • •Work with the Site Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality.
  • •Handle opening and closing procedures and cover site roles as operational needs arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong versatility to handle high volumes of information and multiple operational priorities at once.
  • •Clear and effective communication, orally and in writing, with partners and customers.
  • •Proactive mindset to anticipate needs and act autonomously.
  • •Strong food safety mindset with a solid understanding of safety standards and HACCP (or willingness to become a reference).
  • •Previous operational experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment (preferred).
