Provide an industry-leading client experience in branch and over the phone by building and expanding client relationships through consultative conversations. Offer financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines, supporting individual and branch sales targets. Support team sales processes by advising on consumer lending options, taking loan applications, handling teller transactions as needed, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk policies.
