Deputy Compliance Officer - ADGM

Own the firm’s compliance framework for ADGM and FSRA requirements, including MIR, GEN, COBS, PRU, and the AML Rulebook. Review and advise on governance arrangements, policies, procedures, and controls to keep regulatory alignment and strengthen a compliance culture. Serve as the primary FSRA contact, lead responses to audits and inspections, and prepare required regulatory returns, notifications, and periodic reports as a FSRA-approved Controlled Function.
