Job Summary

Record, report, and analyze revenue and operating expenditures for Mid-Atlantic terminals while meeting strict close deadlines. Own end-of-month and quarter-end deliverables including journal entries, variance compilations, budget review, and financial record maintenance. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, Contract Asset/Liability (CALM) reconciliations, and customer minimum guaranteed volume (shortfall) tracking, plus lease/rent/volume schedules and quarterly variance/flux reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-of-month tasks according to the close calendar.
•Prepare month-end journal entries for P&L and quarter-end financial reports.
•Compile monthly variances for the Mid-Atlantic Area and review/verify annual budgets.
•Maintain financial reports and records, including balance sheet reconciliations.
•Maintain CALM reconciliations and customer minimum guaranteed volume tracking, including lease/rent/volume schedules and quarterly variance/flux reporting.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Accounting or Finance with 6–8 years of related accounting experience.
•6–8 years of experience in revenue and operating expenditure recording, reporting, and analysis.
•Working knowledge of Excel; advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail, accuracy, completeness, and ability to meet deadlines.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English and work cooperatively and independently with minimal supervision.
