Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the SMB narrative end-to-end, including positioning and messaging frameworks grounded in buyer insight and competitive reality.
  • •Lead high-impact go-to-market strategies for new product releases and features targeting SMB buyers, coordinating with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Creative.
  • •Develop sales activation tools and content for SMB Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, including pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handlers, and training.
  • •Serve as the authority on the SMB market, turning buyer behavior, competitive landscape, and macro trends into strategy and customer stories.
  • •Lead the team’s AI transformation by integrating Agentforce to scale content, research, and execution, while managing and developing product marketers.
