Key Responsibilities

  • •Project Planning & Initiation: Develop comprehensive project proposals, investment justifications, and business cases; define scope, cost, schedule, and risk parameters aligned with strategic capital plan
  • •Execution & Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams including internal stakeholders and external contractors; oversee engineering design (electrical, mechanical, process) and ensure alignment with operational needs; manage vendor contracts and ensure procurement and safety compliance
  • •Monitoring & Control: Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules; administer change control processes and ensure all scope changes are authorized; conduct validation activities and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections
  • •Post-Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Finalize technical closure and documentation; support maintenance setup including calibration plans and spare parts assessments; drive productivity improvements and digital integration in project delivery
  • •KPIs & Governance: Monitor accuracy and timeliness of project proposals and funding approvals; ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget; maintain quality documentation and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) with proven project execution experience in industrial or regulated environments
  • •Proven experience in project execution within industrial or regulated environments and familiarity with project controls and EPCM contractor management
  • •Knowledge of GMP, GEP, GDP, EHS, and local SOPs; ability to apply engineering standards and project management frameworks
  • •Strong communication and reporting skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • •Leadership capabilities for senior roles, contractual knowledge, and business performance insight
