Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs’ CHARM service model
  • •Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and addressing concerns
  • •Learn and assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older and possess at least O Level or above
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • •Flexible to work on rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email; able to operate a retail point of sale system
