Job Summary

Support the design, deployment, and operation of network infrastructure across cloud and physical datacenter environments. You’ll work hands-on with AWS networking (VPCs, routing, load balancers, Route 53 DNS) and on-prem network equipment, troubleshoot production connectivity issues, and participate in on-call incident response and RCA. Build reliability through monitoring/observability and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, collaborating closely with platform, security, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design, deployment, and operation of AWS networking infrastructure, including VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, and Route 53 DNS.
•Manage connectivity between cloud environments and physical datacenters, coordinating integrations with external providers and services.
•Configure and operate physical network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and related appliances.
•Contribute to Infrastructure as Code implementations using Terraform and improve network reliability and security through best practices.
•Troubleshoot production networking issues and participate in on-call rotations for incident response, root cause analysis, and monitoring/observability improvements.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
•3–5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
•Hands-on AWS networking experience, including VPC, Route Tables, Load Balancers, and Route 53 DNS.
•Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, load balancing, firewall concepts) and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues across cloud and on-prem.
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, plus solid Linux understanding and monitoring/observability tools.
