Job Summary

Support customers with product selection and styling advice, using strong product knowledge and confident engagement. Drive sales through storytelling, brand and product expertise, and guiding guests through purchase decisions. Maintain operational excellence with stockroom organization and POS transactions, while giving and receiving constructive feedback. Work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and holidays, and lift/maneuver merchandise as needed.

•Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling, reinforcing and celebrating customer choices.
•Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
•Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
