  • •Serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Lead or support complex operational projects, enterprise implementations, strategic initiatives, and operational readiness efforts.
  • •Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support operational strategy and organizational objectives.
  • •Provide advanced operational support across time and labor management functional areas, including workforce operations, audit analysis, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • •Develop and maintain operational procedures, implementation documentation, training resources, reporting tools, and operational reference materials; deliver on-site training programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance; or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
  • •Experience using MS Word and Excel with intermediate skills (e.g., VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • •Advanced experience supporting workforce operations, payroll, labor compliance, or timekeeping processes.
  • •Experience serving as an SME for enterprise projects, implementations, or operational initiatives.
  • •Strong analytical and reporting skills, including analyzing large data sets and operational trends.
