Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirement-gathering workshops with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other teams.
  • •Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE manufacturing processes and define functional requirements for implemented business processes.
  • •Own end-to-end MPMLink solution design, including MBOM architecture and EBOM-to-MBOM associativity and transformation rules, plus plant/site-specific manufacturing views.
  • •Determine OOTB versus configuration/customization strategy for MPMLink and define integration functional requirements with ERP/MES.
  • •Drive defect triage and validation sign-off, and deliver user training, demos, and adoption support for manufacturing users.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink.
  • •Deep understanding of manufacturing BOM (MBOM), EBOM–MBOM transformation, and manufacturing process concepts like process plans, operations, and resources.
  • •Experience working with PDMLink + MPMLink together and knowledge of the Windchill data model and manufacturing objects.
  • •Ability to define solution architecture while remaining hands-on in functional analysis, including manufacturing change management and ERP publishing scenarios from MPMLink.
  • •Typically 8–12+ years of PLM experience with significant MPMLink exposure; manufacturing/automotive/industrial/aerospace domain experience is strongly preferred.
