Job Summary

Lead the development and governance of project information management (IM) across oil & gas, energy and pipeline projects. Define IM requirements, governance, and data strategies; oversee document control, data management, and CDE/tool integration; drive information handover to operations with senior stakeholder engagement and capability growth within Turner & Townsend’s IM practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic IM leadership to define information requirements, governance, and ownership across project delivery, contractors and asset owners.
•Oversee project information management including document control, data management, and integration with asset information handover.
•Define and implement IM plans, standards, and frameworks to ensure consistent handling of documents and data across lifecycle.
•Lead engagement with Operations and Asset teams to define information requirements for handover and asset readiness.
•Support growth of IM capability, develop playbooks, and prepare client-facing materials and internal knowledge assets.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing project IM on major oil & gas, energy or pipeline projects.
•Strong understanding of project document and data management across the full project lifecycle, including delivery/execution and handover to asset operations.
•Experience working with and overseeing document control, data and IM functions in complex, multi-contractor environments.
•Sound understanding of digital tools supporting project document management and collaboration, such as SharePoint, Procore, Aconex or similar tools.
•Excellent analytical and written communication skills with ability to articulate requirements, strategies and processes in high-quality documentation
