Perform cosmetic reconditioning on used vehicles by completing advanced paint touch-ups, wet sanding, buffing, and final quality inspections to CarMax standards. Identify defects and select appropriate repair methods while working at an established pace. Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot. Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area while delivering exceptional customer service.
