Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities and sell upgraded solutions to provide customers peace of mind.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site to recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, with ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).

  • •Technical aptitude experience (helpful): cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar.
  • •Physical ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) while working in confined spaces like attics.
