Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the design and implementation of identity infrastructure to ensure secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems.
  • •Build authentication mechanisms including SSO, MFA, and federated identity solutions (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • •Build authorization mechanisms including ReBAC, ABAC, and RBAC.
  • •Build identity governance policies to comply with security policies and regulations such as NIST, SOC2, and ISO 27001.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-time engineering experience with post-graduation specialization in infrastructure and identity systems.
  • •Infrastructure expertise with IAM controls, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and microservice deployment best practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with authorization frameworks such as OpenFGA, Authzed, Cedar, Topaz (or similar) at scale.
  • •Strong knowledge of Zanzibar-based ReBAC models, relationship tuples, and access control evaluation.
  • •Deep understanding of authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT, plus experience with IdP solutions such as EntraID and Okta.
