Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Public Sector product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap, aligning it to platform strategy and commercial growth targets.
  • •Lead a prioritized product backlog using dedicated engineering capacity, defining outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria.
  • •Own feature outcomes (not just delivery) by setting adoption, usage, and customer impact goals and tracking performance post-launch.
  • •Act as internal authority on the Public Sector vertical, partnering with product, marketing, analyst relations, and pre-sales to position and sell effectively.
  • •Ensure regulatory, security, accessibility, and localization requirements are systematically reflected in the roadmap while monitoring competitive landscape and engaging customers/industry boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience building enterprise software (ERP or enterprise SaaS) for public sector organizations, with products shipped and used by public finance and operations teams.
  • •Deep knowledge of public finance management, public sector accounting, and government budgeting practices.
  • •Solid understanding of public procurement frameworks and how they translate into practical ERP requirements (approval workflows, audit trails, supplier management, contract compliance).
  • •Understanding of security, data residency, and audit expectations for government buyers and what they mean for cloud ERP decisions.
  • •Commercially oriented product thinking that connects product decisions to ARR, win rate, and customer retention.
