Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base in DACH.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem, understanding objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements.
  • •Research, identify, and prospect institutional clients with needs for cross-border payments, FX, and FX hedging.
  • •Build credibility through networking and presentations, providing solutions covering clients’ international payment needs and Forex solutions.
  • •Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, and collaborate with FX dealing and operations for seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services selling to institutional clients in the DACH region.
  • •Strong understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels, including strong negotiation skills.
  • •Based in Luxembourg.
  • •Fluency in German and business level English required.
