Job Summary

Develop long-term customer relationships for Trane’s Commercial HVAC solutions in Valley View, OH. Consult engineers, contractors, and building owners, convert leads into opportunities, and execute account business plans. Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing, and selling strategy, including integration of equipment, controls, and services.
•Provide HVAC systems consultation, including financial and performance-based considerations.
•Ascertain customer needs and market opportunities; assemble and coordinate acquisition teams as needed for customers and projects.
•Convert leads into opportunities by assigning sales process and appropriate sales team members and communicating next steps.
•Develop and execute account-specific business plans and assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of demonstrated experience or a BA/BS in Arts/Sciences.
•2+ years of solution sales experience.
•Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged if they have practical experience and relevant skills.
•Strong communication and relationship-building ability, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to close.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
