Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the GTM Enablement & Business Value operating model, including governance, planning processes, operational cadence, portfolio management, and delivery standards.
  • •Lead the Systems & Analytics organization responsible for enablement technology, learning systems, content management, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • •Develop an operational measurement framework and deliver dashboards to track health, capacity, program effectiveness, productivity, and business impact.
  • •Serve as Operations Leader for enterprise programs including Sales Kickoff (SKO), Technical Sales Kickoff (TSKO), and other strategic initiatives.
  • •Partner on AI and technology innovation by evaluating platforms, operationalizing AI-enabled workflows, and establishing governance and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading Operations, Enablement Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar functions in a high-growth SaaS organization.
  • •Proven experience building operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable business processes.
  • •Experience leading multiple operational disciplines, including operations, systems, analytics, business intelligence, or program management.
  • •Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise technologies supporting learning and enablement (e.g., LMS, CMS, workflow automation, BI/analytics).
  • •Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
