•Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
•Oversee global tax compliance and reporting, including tax provision processes under applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 740).
•Manage tax risk and governance activities including audits, disputes, transfer pricing documentation, and SOX 404 internal control compliance.
•Optimize the global tax structure to enhance efficiency and minimize tax liabilities within legal frameworks, including forecasting and effective tax rate updates.
•Grow, lead, and develop a high-performing global tax team of 10+ professionals and manage relationships with external auditors and advisors.

•Strong expertise in US domestic/state and international taxation, including BEPS Pillar 2, transfer pricing, withholding tax, US tax treaties, and partnership compliance.
•Experience with SOX 404 and SEC reporting requirements for a public company.
