  • •Oversee global tax compliance and reporting, including tax provision processes under applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 740).
  • •Manage tax risk and governance activities including audits, disputes, transfer pricing documentation, and SOX 404 internal control compliance.
  • •Optimize the global tax structure to enhance efficiency and minimize tax liabilities within legal frameworks, including forecasting and effective tax rate updates.
  • •Grow, lead, and develop a high-performing global tax team of 10+ professionals and manage relationships with external auditors and advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive tax experience, including leadership in multinational corporations or major public accounting firms.
  • •Strong expertise in US domestic/state and international taxation, including BEPS Pillar 2, transfer pricing, withholding tax, US tax treaties, and partnership compliance.
  • •Experience with SOX 404 and SEC reporting requirements for a public company.
