Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure consistent analytics governance framework principles for creating, validating, deploying, monitoring, and retiring KDU analytics artifacts.
  • •Deliver controls and automation work packages for EUCs to achieve material BCBS239 compliance.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain controls to ensure EUC tools are catalogued, validated, tested, reviewed, secured, and maintained.
  • •Support remediation for control gaps, improve documentation and EUC resilience, and track remediation milestones with EUC owners.
  • •Maintain governance documentation and translate governance requirements into practical guidance for business users, while communicating key issues and insights to senior leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in EUC governance, operational risk, IT controls, audit, model governance, or similar risk-focused roles.
  • •Strong understanding of MS Excel VBA and MS Access, and other EUC tooling used in Finance, Risk, Operations, or analytical functions.
  • •Experience supporting governance frameworks supporting BCBS239 principles (ECB onboarding experience is a plus).
  • •Experience working in financial services with knowledge of data-related regulatory requirements.
  • •Demonstrable experience training, mentoring, and coaching others on Analytics Governance principles.
