Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead efficient operation of the RGU Application Centre and laboratory testing activities.
  • •Develop, implement, and optimise testing methodologies for product innovation and validation.
  • •Manage testing programmes, laboratory equipment, and resources to ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution.
  • •Analyse and interpret technical, geotechnical, and material performance data to generate actionable insights.
  • •Support product development through CAD modelling, mechanical design, testing, and verification, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Master’s in mechanical engineering or mechatronics engineering (advantageous).
  • •Experience with 2D and 3D CAD modelling.
  • •Knowledge of coding principles, preferably LabVIEW and/or VBA for Excel.
  • •Experience analyzing material properties and technical test results, with ability to produce technical documentation.
