•Lead existing project deliveries as the point engineer and identify/new project opportunities within the state and regional locations.
•Provide specialized technical input to design and studies for the staff’s area of expertise and review project deliverables.
•Develop study and design procedures to deliver high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
•Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables and contribute to PS&E packages.
•Develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects and assist in budgeting and scheduling to meet requirements.

Travel: Low travel
