  • •Provide specialized technical input to design and studies for the staff’s area of expertise and review project deliverables.
  • •Develop study and design procedures to deliver high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
  • •Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables and contribute to PS&E packages.
  • •Develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects and assist in budgeting and scheduling to meet requirements.
