Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned Safe & Secure team, including performance management, staffing, and accountability to KPIs.
  • •Implement and directly lead the Incident Management program at HQ locations, serving as a key facilitator during emergencies and leading sustainable preparedness.
  • •Direct Safe & Secure technology processes supporting HQ locations, ensuring equipment functionality and proper badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts, and issue resolution.
  • •Maintain accurate incident recording and complete after action reviews to identify root causes and recommend improvements to Corporate Security leadership.
  • •Implement visitor and vendor check-in processes, conduct risk assessments, monitor compliance with local/state/federal requirements, and escalate high-risk issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.
  • •1+ year of experience directly supervising/managing a team.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coach team members and deliver consistent customer service.
  • •Crisis management leadership experience and a valid driver’s license (insurable DMV required).
