Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage EHS programs to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
  • •Proactively identify hazards, implement effective controls, and coordinate with area supervisors on JHA reviews or new developments.
  • •Conduct inspections to verify compliance, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Develop and deliver EHS training to project staff, covering topics such as bloodborne pathogens, lockout/tagout, hazard communication, defensive driving, powered industrial trucks, and PPE.
  • •Maintain environmental programs and records, manage permits and hazardous waste areas, investigate incidents, generate required EHS reports, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Salary: USD 78,075 - 132,766

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of experience in safety, health, and environmental (EHS) programs, with expert knowledge of applicable regulations.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Five years directing vertical construction projects in roles such as superintendent, QC, or SSHO.
  • •Completion of the Construction Quality Management for Contractors course or ability to complete within 30 days of hire.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 and USACE EM-385-1-1 requirements (plus OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety course or ability to complete within 30 days).
