Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor with assigning and directing employee work.
  • •Communicate with supervisors/managers to ensure proper vehicle flow and maintain logs of vehicle stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Manage vans and transport drivers and employees according to schedules, including shuttling to/from auxiliary parking lots and remote sites.
  • •Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of vans, including fueling, lubricants, and servicing accessories.
  • •Lead the team at the location by modeling safety procedures, championing company/Manheim values, monitoring staffing and work volumes, and enforcing policies.
