Crew Leader- Lot Operations Specialist II (Manheim)

Lead day-shift lot and vehicle operations at a specified Cox/Manheim location by directing drivers and crews, coordinating schedules and assignments, and ensuring efficient vehicle flow. Maintain stock-number and vehicle lot-location logs, manage van/driver transport for timely employee and vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and shuttle personnel between auction and auxiliary lots. Perform daily van maintenance, uphold safety procedures, and support staffing and KPI-driven performance improvements.
