Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Track critical milestone activities, verify project governance/processes/systems, and apply best practices.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required; forecast and update milestones and budget.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are correctly applied.
  • •Manage supplier interfaces and project information flow through monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications.

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually
