Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of programmes and projects, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, quality, and risk to achieve outcomes and benefits.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to break down complex requirements into epics and user stories for efficient delivery via technology backlogs.
  • •Establish and run robust programme governance, controls, and reporting (RAID, milestones, financials), escalating and recommending actions to maintain momentum.
  • •Drive adoption of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) aligned to HSBC transformation frameworks and standards.
  • •Define and manage resourcing plans and delivery schedules, and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including third-party suppliers and service agreements.
