Provide timely, accurate client transactions while delivering a high-quality in-branch experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales efforts through outbound calling, identifying needs and offers, and referring clients to the right team members. Assist with integrated relationship management and new account openings, while adhering to controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
