Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and employee training remains up to date.
  • •Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings, completing relevant documentation.
  • •Maintain and update fleet documentation including vehicle check sheets, vehicle condition, training records, driver licences, and risk assessments.
  • •Perform administrative duties for fleet compliance, including implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
  • •Ensure regulations related to vehicles under the Goods Vehicles (Operators’ Licencing) Act are adhered to.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a current and valid Transport Manager CPC holder.
  • •Experience in transport and operator compliance, including fleet and driver compliance.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and engage with a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts.
  • •Experience with IT systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microlise.
  • •Experience managing a team of distribution operatives; Clean Category C Licence is desirable.
